My Last Fall in Michigan

Since I've been in Michigan, Autumn is usually the BEST season, by far, but not this year. We had very few sunny days...mostly gray, gloomy and cold. It will seem like Summer to me when I get to Florida! The move is getting closer and the "to do" list is getting longer! Keep us in your prayers during this transition time. We are all very excited, but it is bittersweet for the kids.

I know you are excited and busy! You will miss those pretty Falls! I've missed some posts but I guess you have found a place to live and are soon going to make the move. Prayers for a smooth and peaceful transition. Children will adjust quickly!

I will keep you in my prayers as you get ready to move!
Leaving Michigan....that would be very hard for me to do.
Fall is beautiful here, but you are right, this year-way too cold and gloomy!

Best wishes for the move and I hope the kids get through the transition smoothly.

You may not have had many sunny days this season in Michigan but those colours are stunning.

Nice pictures. Moving can be a difficult transition, but keep the faith, it will all work out. I've been in your shoes, and I know it's a lot of work.

Here in South Ga the leaves still haven't changed. Beautiful pictures. It's hard on kids to leave familiar surroundings and friends. Praying that all goes well.

Those pictures of your yard are just gorgeous! Fall would be the one thing that I would miss if we ever left NC for warmer weather. I love our seasons! I hope your move goes well and that your children adjust quickly!

I pray for God to give you strength and make every move of your hands and legs count for much more than you had expected.
How soon is the completed move to be ?

Such gorgeous pictures! From one Southern gal to another...I think you might be happier in warmer weather. I am not a cold weather person for long! Lots of luck with your move!

HI there, I just came over from Lisa Shaw's blog and so glad I did. Love the photos of your fall colors. We moved two years ago from our home state and it does take a bit of adjusting-I miss the seasonal colors here. Blessings on your move.

What beautiful pictures. I noticed that our colors here in Colorado weren't as vibrant this year too, probably because of the wet season.
We just moved from AZ to CO in May. Even tho' it was 'time' and exciting, there still is that transition time, especially for the kiddos. God's blessings as you travel and get settled.

Hello! I don't know why you moved to FL, but these Autumn photos of your home in MI are beautiful! The Burning bushes are so pretty... we have one in our front yard and it's a real show stopper in the fall. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'll take a look around here!
