More & more & more piles of snow...but it's the "YUCK" I can't stand. Below is some "yuck"...and more chucks of "yuck" in the first picture. Isn't it yucky?!? It gets on your shoes, then into the house. Never mind the car...gets so nasty; makes a southern gal wanna pitch a hissy fit! ...but I do like the snow, just not the "yuck"...have I made that clear ? (in my best southern accent)...Bless my heart.
A girl can dream of warmer days, huh? Don't get me wrong...I love the snow and cold weather...well, the TEENS and below, maybe not. (It's 8 degrees now) Snow in itself is beautiful and fun...it's the "yuck" I don't enjoy.
I can't imagine having that much snow, and those temps...BRRRR!!! Like you, I don't care for that yucky stuff, either! Hoping and praying for warmer weather...sooner than later!
I never tire of seeing your lovely snow pictures. When we get snow it's yuck within hours and melted within a day. Kids go out making snowmen out of yuck! Hope you get some warmer weather soon. Lindsay
Hello! We agree - the yuck is pretty yuckie!! Can't wait for the sun to melt some.....if we have to have snow - we like it white, not the dirty stuff! Browsing through your cute blog - we saw your dog....looks like Karla's Calamity - too cute!! Enjoy your week & thanks so much for stopping by! Karla & Karrie
LOL..I grew up in Michigan and I remember the Yuck.....The snow is beautiful though. We get so little of it here in NC, it is a joy when it happens. Stay warm! Penny
You definitely have a lot of snow! I hadn't thought about the yuk factor. Since I've never really had snow, I always "think" I want to have it... just not here where it can get to the citrus and hurt the trees. I sure do like looking at pictures of it, though. I guess I'm really just a water sprite. I'm happiest when there's water somewhere near. :-)
I just thought I'd come over and sit a spell after your visiting with me the other day at one of my blogs.
I'm a summer girl myself not big on snow other than it's beautiful to look at. Grew up in the North so I'm used to it but I like the Florida weather :)
I am a stay at home mama, who was raised in the South, lived up North, Out West and returning to The South, sort of...is Florida The South? I tell folks that I bloom where I am planted. I've been married for 17 yrs and have two kids. I retreat to my porch with a cup of hot tea...sweet tea in the summer time. Glad you took a moment to...sit a spell.

That is alot of snow.
I'm definitly not used to it. :)
That is a lot of snow but I sure wish we had some of it. We could really use the moisture.

Wow - well, I long for snow, but I can see how I'd get tired of the yucky stuff, too. :)
Now I understand the use of a "mudroom" for the first time.
I too love the snow...I hate when the "Yuck" gets on my shoes and I can't get the salt stains off! UGH!
Oh I certainly understand what you mean. We never have such snow, but the times that we have any end up in that ugly yuck.

I want it to snow so bad in my yard that I would even welcome the "yuck"!
Good wishes for a really nice day,
Roberta Anne
Wonderful blog! Stay WaRm!!! Enjoyed my visit! ~Maryjane

I share you viewpoint on this! I always dread the "yuck" and mud that goes along with melting snow.
We are having icy conditions today.
Just think . . . Heaven's weather is absolutely perfect -- no "yuck". But until then, we will just have to endure some "yuck".
Stay warm and wipe your feet :)
Blessings
It is so pretty though! I hear ya though..it does tend to get messy.
We don't get snow here in North Alabama. We get yuck and lots of it, if anything at all!
Thankfully, today the temperature is 61, but I think it's supposed to drop over the next week.
I love the snow, but loathe the "yuck" too! We don't get much snow in TX, but when we do, there is yuck-a-plenty!

I too am dreaming of warmer days...ahead.
Maybe you could make a snowman...
Beautiful photos!

I agree. You can't even tell what color my van is right now because of the yuck!!
Oh it is yucky! Spring will be here before you know it:-)
