This trip to Holland, Mi was a couple of yrs ago. I've posted these pictures in honor of my FIRST tulip! My mama laughed when I told her spring had finally hit because down south it's long gone. It's so exciting to see my Daffodils, Bleeding Heart and Hosta again. I actually enjoyed pulling Clover out of my garden this weekend...ahh, Spring!

Yep, Spring has left the South. It was in the 90s this past weekend! But it was gorgeous! Those pictures are lovely. What a beautiful place!
lovely pics...I was in the US last week, (NJ) and was surprised how much further ahead we are here in the UK with springtime. My tulips are in full bloom and they were just popping thru the ground in NJ.
Enjoy your day.
Love the tulips, how gorgeous are those? What a great trip! Spring has gone so soon here and now we're left with 80's and 90's and major rain. lol

Oh, those tulips are amazing! It really does look just like Holland! So beautiful! It's been very warm around here...upper 80's. They don't call it "Hotlanta" for nothing!
It has been many years since I have visited Holland, MI in the spring but I remember the beauty of those tulips. I still don't know how they wear the wooden shoes without hurting their feet. ;-) I haven't planted bulbs here yet, but enjoy watching them pop up in the park. Lovely pictures and congrats on your emerging plants.
How funny, I was thinking when I saw the tulips that mine have been gone a couple of weeks. You know that it's already getting hot some here. I'm so glad you are finally seeing spring time. It's good for your soul isn't it?
The tulips are gorgeous! They are one of my very favorites! Yep, summer will well on the way here in West TN....upper 80's over the last 7 days, but supposed to rain and be about 10 degrees cooler over next 7. So happy you're finally getting spring there! Enjoy!
Many hugs.......
Diane

I love the rows of tulips and the giant windmill! BEAUTIFUL!
Wow, that is beautiful! I would love to go and visit sometime!
We're still waiting for a consistent sign of spring here. I say consistent because it was nearly 70 two weeks ago yet tried to snow this morning. Yuck!
I need springtime!!!
Thanks for stopping by to say hi!
The most beautiful pictures I've seen in a long time! Thanks for posting them. It has been so hot here, we completely passed spring, so I enjoyed the pictures of all the spring flowers!! Thanks for your comments on my blog! I'm going back to check out your previous posts!
I live a couple of hours away from Holland and every year we plan on attending the tulip festival there. These pics are beautiful shoves to get me going there!
Beautiful pictures! I just love spring!!!
Whew! I was thinking, "I couldn't have missed the Tulip Festival! I'm SURE it is in May!" LOL I haven't been to this in years. We were thinking of heading to Holland this year.
Alas, I can't seem to grow tulips at my house. Every time I've planted them, the critters eat the bulbs, and it's just not worth all the work to "protect" the bulbs. There are other flowers I can grow. Daffodils, hyacinths, crocus. Good enough for me!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I noticed you live in Waterford! We lived there when we were first married. 1983 - 1988.
I'll be visiting your blog this afternoon with my cup of tea. Just saw your comment in my e-mail and wanted to say "Hi." Looking forward to getting to know you!
Ohhhhh! What beautiful pictures! I love Spring and all of the beauty that comes with it!
Thank you so much for leaving me a comment and for praying for my friend's baby.
