Such a sweet peaceful journey, I wouldn't mind visiting Amish country in fact I wish I could ride a bike everywhere I went...I get so sick of being in the car.

Perhaps it's just the romantic in me, but it just seems these buggies would be such a leisurely way to get about. I have never visited Amish country, but I feel that sure longing to go there. Thanks for so much for sharing these lovely photos.

Wonderful photos. I've only seen an Amish buggy once. It was in upstate NY. Two Amish girls were selling pies and jams out of the back of the buggy. We bought a couple of pies from them and I was amazed at how pristine the buggy was, as were their dresses. Just beautifully made. It was such a treat to see!
